Description: We are looking for Registered Nurses (RGN) to join either hospice at home teams or inpatient services. The Hospice at Home service takes the specialist skills of the Hospice into an individual's home, enabling people to have more choice over their place of care. The teams provide specialist nursing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You will be responsible for providing high standards of palliative care where patients have complex symptom control issues, and provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

You will provide holistic nursing care working within a multidisciplinary team whilst at times working autonomously. You will demonstrate sound judgement and an ability to communicate in a sensitive manner. Palliative care skills are not essential, but a willingness to learn is key to this role

Newly qualified nurses considered for Inpatient units.

Person Specification: All applicants must hold a first level qualification in General Nursing (RGN) within the UK, along with a current valid PIN.
