Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum + benefits

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated HCPC registered MRI Radiographer and Senior MRI Radiographer to join the team at their Beckenham site. They are a multimodality department providing a variety of examinations and services in MRI/CT and X-ray. This role is full time (40 hours per week) across 3 or 4 days per week.
Within the role you will be expected to undertake modality specific imaging procedures efficiently and effectively for both the public and private sectors, adhering to best practice of radiographic technique. You will be providing expertise to ensure the appropriate triage, booking and examination of patients. Although the role is substantively MRI focused, there is a team approach to the delivery of services and examinations within the department.
Person Specification: This position is open to any Radiographer with a minimum of 3 years MRI experience, and previous CT is advantageous but not essential.

The Radiographers and Senior Radiographers within their team are responsible for maintaining knowledge of current research, new clinical practices, government guidelines and legislation. Interpreting, advising on and implementing improvements/developments and practice and overseeing the training of clinical members of staff. You will also support the Unit Manager and Clinical Lead with varying duties across the team.
The post holder must be able to work independently and make effective, sensible decisions without supervision and have the communication skills necessary to discuss cases with referring clinicians and Consultant Radiologists. In addition, they will have the ability to prioritize their workload and adapt to changing demands without detriment to the service provision.
