Salary: £16.85 per hour
Description: The client has over 30 care homes in the North West of England, West and South Yorkshire and in the East Midlands area. They have taken great care to ensure that they have vast experience and expertise that can be drawn from in each of their homes enabling them to provide the relevant support required for the residents and the staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered nurse (RGN/RMN) to be part of a brilliant team who place the residents needs at the forefront of what they do. They try to promote independence in their residents, by designing their individualised care plans. Our client is passionate about finding nurses that have that thrive in an environment creating a positive atmosphere which the residents can bounce off.
Our client encourages the development of their staff and are always keen to assist where required to provide training of their staff. They are looking for a qualified nurse (RGN/RMN) to bring new ideas to the team to help develop their strong team further. This gives the opportunity to really have an impact on the workplace and place your own swing on the home and have a positive impact on the role of the residents within the home.
Person Specification: The right candidate for the role should be a fully qualified RGN or RG Mental health. They are open to discussing the option of having newly qualified nurses. The candidate will need to have a valid NMC Pin, be a team player with good communication skills. Happy to consider candidates for full or part time roles, with positions available for day's or nights to suit the candidate.
