Description: Our client is currently looking to recruit registered nurse (RGN) to assist their amazing team, in providing respite holidays for disabled individuals and their carers. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an organisation, who pride themselves on providing fantastic experiences, for their guests to bring joy to their lives. This is a very unique opportunity, that provides a different aspect of care to general nursing being in a niche setting.

The role is based in a beautiful setting only around 15 minutes from the centre of Southampton, overlooking the Southampton water providing a fantastic setting for the guests, this enables them to feel homely when away on their breaks. The facilities enable them to provide fantastic care whether on excursions or after these have finished. The role of a registered nurse (RGN) is something different to most roles, as you will be dealing with disabled individuals who may not be able to fully communicate.

Our client is looking for a registered nurse (RGN) to provide exceptional nursing care, for the guests during their stay to ensure they have no worries while away, and can focus on enjoying their experience. They would require the nurse to liaise with all teams to ensure the needs are met for the guests, and they will also need to be confident in leading a team of care assistant's by leading by example. In return the company will provide a great rate of pay with a thoroughly rewarding job.

Person Specification: The vacancy requires the candidates to be a registered nurse (RGN), One years post registration experience will be beneficial for the role, working knowledge of the health & social care act, Flexibility to adapt to any situation, provide and maintain professional standards within a holiday environment, take an active role in the management of the centre.
