Description: Want to work for Europe's leading independent provider of imaging services in one of their centres of excellence?

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Senior MRI Radiographer to join their team.

They are a multimodality department providing a variety of examinations and services in MRI/CT. The role requires a minimum of 2 years MRI experience and or previous. CT is advantageous but not essential.

Within the role you will be expected to undertake modality specific imaging procedures efficiently and effectively for both the public and private sectors, adhering to best practice of radiographic technique. You will be providing expertise to ensure the appropriate triage, booking and examination of patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and technical standard of work, complying with relevant Codes of conduct and Practice.

The post holder must be able to work independently and make effective, sensible decisions without supervision and have the communication skills necessary to discuss cases with referring clinicians and Consultant Radiologists. In addition, you will have the ability to prioritise your workload and adapt to changing demands without detriment to the service provision.

Person Specification: They are looking for a team player with excellent people skills, good time management and problem solving skills, who is approachable, creative, dependable, hard-working and a good communicator, they seek someone who will instill confidence in others and approaches new challenges with an open mind set.

The Senior Radiographers within their team are responsible for maintaining knowledge of current research, new clinical practices, government guidelines and legislation. Interpreting, advising on and implementing improvements/developments and practice and overseeing the training of clinical members of staff. You will also support the Unit Manager and Clinical Lead with varying duties across the team.
