Person Specification: We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join their dynamic nursing team with both permanent and bank nurses to join them.

The hospital is a 52 + 4 ITU bed acute hospital. They have an ITU, a day unit, and 2 surgical wards. They perform a range of surgery including elective orthopaedic, gynaecological, cosmetic surgery, vascular and urology. Patient ratio is usually 1 nurse to 4 or 5 patients, which means that they can offer excellent individualised nursing care.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a surgical environment, enjoy working as part of a highly motivated team that constantly strives for excellence and have evidence of personal professional development. If you are able to think on your feet, work independently and see change as an opportunity then we would like to hear from you.
