Description: Europe's leading independent provider of medical imaging services have exciting opportunity for qualified and experienced Senior MRI Radiographer to join a Static MRI service in the Leeds area.
Person Specification: Candidates ideally must have previous MRI experience and be comfortable with scanning a wide range of examinations. With a flexible and patient-focused approach you will be working within a small team and have experience of building an excellent rapport with patients and customers (both internal and external) and continue to provide high standards of care and service.
The Senior Radiographer role is responsible for the implementation of service quality developments, maintaining knowledge of current research, new clinical practices, government guidelines and legislation. Interpreting, advising on and implementing improvements/developments and practice and overseeing the training of all other clinical members of staff. You will also support the Unit Manager with varying duties across the team.
The hours of work are 40 per week, Monday to Sunday
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy are essential. Previous IV training is advantageous but not essential.
You must have the appropriate qualifications and HCPC registration.
