Description: Europe's leading independent provider of medical imaging services have exciting opportunity for qualified experienced Radiographers to join a Static MRI service in the Northampton area.
Person Specification: Candidates ideally must have previous radiography experience and where MRI skill is limited full training will be provided. With a flexible and patient-focused approach you will be working within a small team and have experience of building an excellent rapport with patients and customers (both internal and external) and continue to provide high standards of care and service.
The Radiographer role will be working within this team and must have a patient-focused attitude to ensure patient care is delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.(MRI skill is desirable but not essential) You must be able to work independently and make effective, sensible decisions without supervision and have the communication skills necessary to discuss cases with referring clinicians and Consultant Radiologists. In addition, they will have the ability to prioritise their workload and adapt to changing demands without detriment to the service provision.
The hours of work are 40 per week, Monday to Sunday
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy are essential. Previous IV training is advantageous but not essential.
You must have the appropriate qualifications and HCPC registration.
