Salary: £28,050 to £36,644 per annum

Person Specification: The Psychiatric Liaison Service at the Hospital provides a comprehensive service to patients, clinicians and carers at the Hospital site. This involves providing a broad range of specialist psychosocial assessments and treatments for individual patients, a specialist consultation liaison service to referring clinicians and clinical teams, assisting them in decision making in difficult and complex cases. The psychiatric liaison nurses/practitioners provide both formal and informal education to qualified, unqualified and student / training healthcare staff. Staff within the hospital play a vital role in communicating and maintaining a good working relationship between the two institutions.
You must have RMN Registration / Current Professional HCPC qualification in Social Work or Occupational Therapy, A minimum of two years clinical experience in adult psychiatry at Band 5
Teaching / training skills and experience, Evidence of post registration development and training relevant to liaison mental health care and a Current full driving license for motor car.
