Description: This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Staff Nurse (RGN) to join the NHS in a smaller trust to make a positive difference and develop their career in a beautiful county.

Specialising in the care of the elderly, our client has vacancies on a number of wards encompassing the following; General Medicine and Care of the Elderly, Respiratory and Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Haematology, Rehabilitation and Dementia Care.

Person Specification: They welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified staff nurses (RGN). The post involves rotation to days and nights. Part time or full time hours available.

The post holder is responsible for the delivery of care and the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of individual programs of care. They are expected to take delegated responsibility in a given shift for a group of patients.
