Description: This outstanding care Village in Scunthorpe and is registered to accommodate both nursing and residential clients and is compromised of three separate care facilities.

They support patients with Dementia, Intermediate Care, Mental disability, Nursing, Palliative, Physical disability, Respite Care, Sensory Impairment.

Person Specification: This particular home is looking for a Clinical Lead to join their team and support the Staff Nurses on the floor as well as working closely with the Management team with clinical governance and ensuring the correct clinical care is delivered to residents.

All of the nurses enjoy fully supported mentoring and training opportunities and will be working alongside highly skilled and motivated care teams, who they expect you to empower to take on additional responsibility around medication and care planning, allowing their Nurses to fully focus on improving clients healthcare, running clinics to reduce the reliance on medication, to improve nutritional intake and to prevent falls are just a few exciting initiatives you will be involved in, dare we say a real return to your initial vocation!
