Our client currently has exciting new positions for Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) who will become part of an organisation where nursing has a strong clinical voice, and where there is opportunity to develop your skills and experience. In this rewarding role you will work with adults with mental health conditions, who need a short period of intensive care to reduce risk to themselves and others and enable them to return safely to a mainstream mental health ward.

As a qualified member of the nursing team, the post holder will, under the leadership of the Sister/Charge Nurse, accept responsibility for the assessment of need, for the planning, implementation and reviewing of care for those within their clinical working area without direct supervision. The post holder will be expected to demonstrate procedures, to and supervise qualified and unqualified staff.

Person Specification: NMC qualified nurse, RMN/RNLD. You may be newly qualified and at the start of your career, or someone who is more experienced and looking for a new challenge. What matters most to them is your commitment to their patients, and your support for their values.
