We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Branch Manager who has a passion for delivering excellent care. You will be enthusiastic about the quality of the service you deliver and also about developing the branch through its existing contracts and establishing new business. You will have overall responsibility for the performance and growth of this branch.
Be responsible for the development of your branch, the service, branch staff and carers out in the field.
Promote the highest standards of care and service - ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business.
Drive business forward to achieve/exceed KPI's and targets
Develop and manage relationships with clients, local authority, customers and their families
Seek opportunities to strengthen professional relationships with business critical individuals and identify business development opportunities and networks.
Be responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff
Previous experience of working with and understanding adults and children with complex needs
At least one years' experience managing/leading a team effectively in a supervisory role
Previous experience developing care services and building positive relationships with Local Authorities and other professionals
Ability to work using own initiative and as a team member under pressure in a professional manner
The ability to manage challenging situations
Good verbal and written communication skills
Complete and pass any mandatory training and pursue professional development
Ability to organise and prioritize effectively
Enthusiastic and motivated
Non-judgemental and non-discriminatory practice
A full, clean driving licence
