Description: This leading hospital is part of a collaboration between a number of world renowned hospital trusts to form a pioneering Academic Health Sciences Centre (AHSC).

They are looking for a dedicated, innovative and motivated registered nurse to lead a nursing team in Dermatology Outpatients.

They are looking for a clinical expert with experience of service improvement and proven management and leadership skills. Successful applicants will be working in a friendly and dynamic nursing team and will be supervised by the Matron for Dermatology.

To succeed you must have strong leadership skills, be highly confident, have excellent communication skills, proficient IT skills, and a flexible pro-active approach and be able to manage a varied and demanding workload as well as supervise and develop others.

Person Specification: To be considered for the role you should have studied at degree level and hold an appropriate specialist course in dermatology as well as a mentorship qualification. Suitable applicants will also need to have substantive nursing experience working in a similar clinical environment at Band 6.
