Description: We are currently looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Staff Nurses ( RMN / RGN ) to join accredited Adult Inpatient teams, based within the vibrant University City of Cambridge.

It is a very exciting time to join their services, with plans in place to expand and develop excellent staff teams into a new model for providing care and we are looking for people who share the same commitment and enthusiasm.

In return for your commitment and enthusiasm, working within the unique Adult 3-3-3 inpatient system will give you the opportunity to practice a full range of core mental health nursing skills and also to gain experience in assessment, risk assessment and management, and psychological interventions.

We are keen to support and develop you through a clear career pathway with CPD options and encourage promotional opportunities within the service.

Led by Matrons, Ward Managers and Clinical Nurse Specialists, the service will provide you with an in-house education programme, facilitated reflective practice sessions and skill-enhancing workshops, they also have a close working partnership with the University of Cambridge and opportunities exist to participate in clinical research and innovative practice. In addition, they offer a 5 day induction on commencement in post, a fully supportive preceptorship programme for all newly qualified nurses and professional leadership programmes for experienced staff nurses through the Academy.

Person Specification: All candidates wishing to apply for the above roles, must hold a UK current/valid nursing PIN and have the right to work in the UK. Experience within an inpatient environment isn't essential for the band 5 roles, but anyone wishing to show interest in the band 6 roles will require experience within an inpatient setting.
