Description: Our client provides health and social care services for Adult Community Services, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Child and Family Services for the county of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

The hospital are looking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic and clinically capable Band 5 Trained Nurses to join their nursing team for the 16 bedded Ward at Stratton Community Hospital.

Person Specification: The Trained Nurse role requires the post holder to be committed to the ongoing development of the ward and multi disciplinary team working. They aim to deliver the highest standard of patient and rehabilitative care to their predominantly elderly patients.

The ideal applicants will possess a good level of organisational, communication and clinical skills relevant to the post and be able to act as positive role models.

You will be undertaking a range of Early, Late and Night duties on a rotational basis in order to support 24 hour nursing care, 7 days per week. Although based at Stratton Community Hospital, a flexible working approach is required to support Launceston Community Hospital as service needs require.
