Description: Our client provides a wide range of specialist in-patient and community CAMH services for children, young people and their families. They provide care and treatment for children and young people with developmental problems, physical and learning disabilities that have a need for particular interventions, focused work and inpatient treatment as well as those children and young people with moderate and severe mental health problems.
This post is open to professionals with the right attributes to enhance a team and can be newly qualified or experienced. You will be provided the necessary support to ensure your development within your role and my client are keen to support and develop staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the hospital trusts.
There are three CAMH teams providing excellent care to children and young people in the community. They provide evidence based treatments within their core and neuro-development services; have a newly developed eating disorder service and are progressively exploring further services to work with schools and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough early help hub. There are opportunities covering Huntingdon and Peterborough, serving local communities.
Person Specification: All candidates wishing to apply for the above roles, must hold a UK current/valid nursing PIN and have the right to work in the UK. Experience within an eating disorder environment isn't essential for the band 5 roles, but anyone wishing to show interest in the band 6 roles will require experience within this specialist setting.
