Person Specification: An excellent opportunity for a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse who is committed to high quality care for children, young people and their families and providing excellent educational experience for student nurses.

You will demonstrate professional attributes, including diversity, dealing with change and the ability to learn new skills in the assessment and care of all paediatric patients and their families.

Working as part of a team of Medical Staff, Nurses, Clinical Educators, Play Leaders, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeepers, You will be responsible for providing the highest standard of evidenced based patient care. You will also be responsible for supporting and developing staff and providing an excellent learning environment for student nurses

It is essential that you are registered as RSCN/RNC and have post registration and specialty experience. You will be computer literate, have a teaching and mentorship qualification and will be educated to degree level in a health related subject (or willingness to commence degree programme within 1 year in post) or be able to demonstrate equivalent level or experience and/or education, training and development.
