Description: This leading Healthcare group operates hospitals UK wide providing private healthcare, medical and surgical services to many patients each year!

Their site in Scotland has a leading reputation, and the town is home to two of the country's best-known landmarks.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to join the team as a Lead Physiotherapist. In this role you will be working within a small category hospital, and the role is to clinically support the department to promote and ensure excellent patient care, taking responsibility to lead the department under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.

As a Lead Physiotherapist you will be responsible for the daily management and daily running of the physiotherapy department, ensuring safe provision of staffing that meets activity by workforce planning, monthly rostering, and daily review. You will be expected to provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to the department.

This is a Full-Time role (Monday - Friday) with no weekend working.

Hours are days only.

This is a great role for a Physiotherapist looking to step up from a Band 5 NHS eq. role. Informal discussions are welcome!

Person Specification: To succeed as a Lead Physiotherapist you will be/have:

* Chartered Physiotherapist with vast postgraduate general Physiotherapy experience and relevant experience in a more specialist area
* Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Knowledge of CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice
* Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
