As a result of on-going growth at their new purpose-built hospital they have a requirement for a compassionate and conscientious Charge Nurse/Sister (RN Adult) to join the team!

As a Charge Nurse/Sister (RN Adult) you will be working with patients that have neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation needs, as well as people recovering from COVID-19, living with or beyond cancer, cardiac conditions, issues with pain, and help with general mobility.

You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Hospital Ward, and its staff. Providing clinical leadership in an effective and efficient management of ward resources and driving clinical excellence in all aspect of care received by patients.

This is a Full-Time role, however Part-Time may be accommodated for the right candidate.

Person Specification: To succeed in this role you will need to have full registration with the NMC and have experience as a Senior Nurse or equivalent. You will also need to have experience in acute nursing.
