Description: We have a fantastic opportunity to work with Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country!

Your role as Lead Radiographer (MRI/CT) will see you working as part of a skilled close-knit team within the Imaging Department. The hospital is set within a coastal town in southern England, known for its large natural harbour and sandy beaches and has an outstanding reputation, both locally and nationally.

The role will require you to ensure that high quality, responsive Diagnostic Imaging services are delivered to meet the needs of all customers and the business. You will be responsible for the overseeing of day-to-day clinical service delivery, with a high degree of professionalism; ensuring effective deployment of staff and provision of a high quality, responsive, patient focused service.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, with no on-call rota.

This is a brilliant opportunity for you to develop your clinical skills within a lead role; you will work closely with the management team, and CPD is actively encouraged and supported.

Person Specification: To succeed as a Lead Radiographer (MRI/CT) you will need:

* A Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
* Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a multi-modality imaging department
* A wide general radiographic background with expertise in one or more specialised area
* Aware of College of Radiographers and HCPC Code of Conduct / Accountability
* Extensive knowledge and experience in cross sectional imaging in a senior/clinical lead role is essential
* Radiation protection Supervisor experience is desirable
* CT and MRI experience
