We are looking for dedicated people to start or continue their career in Social Care. This Residential Support Worker position does not require any previous experience and you will be trained by our in-house trainers in a nationally recognised NVQ level 3 award.

This position will provide you with all the experience you need to develop. You'll be encouraged to further progress with the opportunity of becoming a Keyworker and onto Management.

Contracts available are 41 weeks per year (Term time working) OR extended provision of 52 weeks per year (all year round)

Personal Spec: No formal qualifications or experience are necessary for this post, but you'll be encouraged to commit to achieving the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 2 years of beginning employment at the school.

Contracts available are either term time only or all year round.
