Salary: £50,000-£70,000 DOE
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, independent community Pharmacy group Who is also part of a wider group of innovative healthcare companies employing over 150 people across three continents. Our client is currently looking for a Regional Pharmacy Manager to come and join them to look after 8 Pharmacies. The role entails managing a team of Pharmacy Managers in various location.
The right candidate will be highly motivated by the challenge of continuing the growth of the group. You will need to be able to enhance and embrace the opportunities that arise and adapt with the constant evolution of the community pharmacy sector.
We are looking for an individual who will work proactively to develop and improve community services, who can provide effective leadership to a skilled pharmacy team, and who can work closely with local health professionals to provide dedicated high-quality care to service users in the local and surrounding area.
Our client is flexible on work patterns and would envisage the successful candidate will spend some time working in one of the pharmacies themselves for a portion of each week. They are also part of a wider group of innovative healthcare companies employing over 150 people across three continents:
* Candidates must be GPHC registered
* Minimum of 5 years post registration experience in community pharmacy
* Commercially aware and understand how to maintain and grow a pharmacy business
