Salary: £47k up to £59k for Pharmacist Independent Prescribers

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join an established independent community pharmacy within the beautiful Scottish Borders. Remaining a commutable distance from Edinburgh, this branch is located on a bustling high street in the heart of a picturesque hillside town and dispenses approx. 5000 items per month in-store and via delivery. The pharmacy enjoys close relationships with local GP and care home services and would make a great place for an experienced pharmacist who is looking to lead a friendly, tight-knit team in providing and developing services for a thriving local community.

The working hours for this role are:

Mon-Fri: 09:00 - 17:30

Sat: 09:00 - 12:30

We are looking for an individual who will work proactively to develop and improve community services, who can provide effective leadership to a skilled pharmacy team, and who can work closely with local health professionals to provide dedicated high-quality care to service users in the local and surrounding area.

This position would suit pharmacists who are looking to further extend their skills and experience in community pharmacy, as the pharmacy is willing to support the right candidate in acquiring their practice certificate in Independent Prescribing.
