As a result of on-going growth at their new purpose-built hospital they have a requirement for a compassionate and conscientious Senior Staff Nurse (RN Adult) to join the team!
As a Senior Staff Nurse (RN Adult) you will be working with patients that have neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation needs, as well as people recovering from COVID-19, living with or beyond cancer, cardiac conditions, issues with pain, and help with general mobility. Your role will be to promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees and consultants acting as an advocate to more junior members of the team. Where appropriate to deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse and the lead on clinical shifts.
The dedicated rehabilitation team includes specialist doctors, clinical psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation nurses, speech therapists and dietitians, who all work closely together as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Person Specification: To succeed in this role you will need to have full registration with the NMC, and at least two years' post-graduation experience.
