Description: Pharmacist Manager

We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity with an established independent community Pharmacy. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pharmacist Manager for their branch based in Headcorn Kent. This branch is one of their busiest and currently does around 14,000 items each month. Due to the number of items there is a healthy team of dispensers and counter assistants working on site as well as area manager support.

The Working Hours for the role are

Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00

Saturday- 09:00-17:30

You will need the drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy and a strong leader who knows exactly what it takes to make the whole team tick and is focused just as much on building relationships as you are the business. If you love nothing more than getting to know customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a very busy community pharmacy, you could be the person we are looking for.

Person Specification:

GPHC registered pharmacist with previous managerial experience

Benefits:

* 20 days holiday
* Incentive scheme for services so for each service delivered a pre agreed % goes back to the team to use as they wish.
* Auto enrolment pension
* Ability to make the pharmacy your own and to help drive profitability
* Open to trying new ideas in a supportive environment
