Youwill have the opportunity to make a proactive contribution in the planning and improvement of future services and will take an active lead in service transformation. The post holder will operate within the clinical quality governance framework of the charity, and will also work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team in the interests of developing and promoting high quality patient care.
This is a Full-Time role.
Monday - Friday (no weekends/night shifts).
Person Specification: To succeed as a Clinical Services Matron you will need to have:
* Full NMC Registration as a Nurse or Registered Midwife
* Degree/working towards (desirable) / evidence of study at equivalent level / similar experience
* Management qualification or equivalent in experience
* Leadership development
* Evidence of continuing professional development
