A fantastic part-time opportunity is now available for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join the pharmacy department of a specialist hospital internationally renowned for the safety and quality of its healthcare services.

Aa an innovative site, the hospital offers both adult and paediatric services across a broad range of clinical specialties – including respiratory medicine, gastroenterology, oncology, dietetics, surgery, pain, and intensive care – incorporating the latest developments in therapeutic technologies, techniques, and environmental design.

Pharmacy services are heavily integrated throughout every unit, and as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, you will be able to work closely with consultants to treat and counsel patients who require advanced pharmaceutical interventions.

This is a permanent, part-time (22.5h) position for a hospital-based Senior Clinical Pharmacist. Participation in an on-call rota will be required in this role.

Person specification:

Candidates will have:

  • Clean registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist.
  • At least 2 years’ post-registration experience practising within a hospital pharmacy.
  • Either a PGDip Clinical Pharmacy (Hospital) or demonstrated equivalent competency.
