A highly rated local pharmacy group has a great new opportunity in the Tenby/Outer Carmarthen area for a Pharmacy Technician (Accuracy Checking Technician status an advantage but not required).
The team is committed to keeping pharmacy care as accessible and supportive as possible for communities across South Wales, across a small network of independent stores. Through both prescription dispensing and a broad range of NHS and private services (including medication and minor ailment advice, emergency medicines, seasonal flu vaccinations, and more), the team helps local people through outstanding, multi-aspect health and wellbeing support, conveniently close to local amenities and public transport routes.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping pharmacy processes running safely and smoothly – preparing and dispensing prescriptions (including completing final accuracy checks if an ACT), ensuring compliance, resolving queries, and supporting more junior colleagues so that each visitor has a pleasant and straightforward experience. You will alternate between 2 local sites, about 30min apart by car.
Yours would be a permanent position, with full-time and part-time options available. Normal opening hours are Mon-Fri, 9am until 6pm latest (closed over weekends).
