Their Croydon hospital (rated “Good” in all areas by the CQC) is known for offering a wide range of planned health services – such as specialist surgeries, cancer treatment, fertility treatment, and bespoke physiotherapy – to insured, NHS, and self-funded visitors with a simply excellent patient experience: combining high quality clinical care with personalised treatment plans and unmatched attentiveness in a super-modern setting.

As a Patient Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors, helping with queries and managing referrals. You will therefore play a key role in keeping patients’ healthcare journeys smooth and stress-free.

Yours would be a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week with flexible shifts.

We have options available to join us on a permanent or fixed-term (12 months) basis.

 

Person specification:

  • (Desirable) Previous experience as a Patient Administrator
  • (Desirable) Previous experience working within a healthcare setting
  • (Essential) Previous experience working within an administrative or customer support role
  • (Essential) Excellent attention to detail
  • (Essential) Good computer proficiency
  • (Essential) GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above / Grade 4-9), equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications, or equivalent professional experience
