The Mental Health Services have entered a 3-year transformation program that will ensure services are focused on providing care at the heart of the community. The team are forging and renewing partnerships between colleagues in Primary & Secondary Care Services to reposition mental health care for our population back into the community.
Our Community Mental Health teams strives to deliver high quality and effective services to people experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems, working as an interdisciplinary team. We offer assessment and treatment of mental health problems, with a focus on effectiveness and recovery, working to promote the independence of our service users.
