A premier care home in Bridlington, right on the doorstep of the scenic Yorkshire Coast, is now looking for a Registered Nurse well-versed in care home management (as Manager or Deputy) to join the team as their Registered Manager.

As Registered Manager, you’ll have full autonomy in managing the home’s operations, with the benefit of additional support, resources, and infrastructure available from such a well-established network. You’ll focus on assuring safety, regulatory compliance, and an excellent home living experience while staying committed to continuous development, meeting and surpassing evolving needs and standards.
This is a great opportunity for a clinical Deputy Manager to step up into a full management role with registration with the CQC, as well as experienced Managers who are perhaps looking for a new challenge in a larger or more upmarket home.

This is a permanent, full-time position for a clinical Nursing Home Manager.
Person specification:
- (Essential) Recent experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager for a care home, with positive inspection results (ratings “Good” and above) during this time
- (Essential) Experience managing care homes with 40+ bed capacity
- (Essential) Experience managing care homes with at least 50% private occupancy
- (Essential) Sound practical knowledge of elderly and dementia care
- (Essential) Registered with the CQC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RMN / RNLD)
