Sterling Cross currently has an exciting opportunity come up in the heart of Blackpool. Our client, an independent Community Pharmacy group, are currently recruiting for a Deputy Pharmacist Manager to come and join their team and lead clinical services.
Your role will be supporting the Superintendent Pharmacist in the running of the pharmacy ensuring that the best customer service is given to all patients.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be forward-thinking and be able to problem solve quickly and efficiently
- Be able to adapt to the fast changing pace of the pharmacy
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Maintain the high standards of the branch
- Look to enhance and develop existing and new relationships with healthcare organisations.
- Be IP-qualified (desirable but not essential)
Person Specification:
Candidates MUST be a GPhC-registered pharmacist with previous managerial experience
