A fully “Good”-rated hospital for independent elective healthcare is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult) to join the team as a Clinical Practice Educator.

With a comprehensive imaging centre (including a JAG-accredited endoscopy suite), 3 operating theatres, and an upgraded physiotherapy facility on-site, the hospital provides a broad range of medical, surgical, and allied health interventions to residents of East London, Essex and further afield – from women’s health and dermatology clinics, to specialist renal and gastroenterology care, to advanced neuro and orthopaedic procedures (and corresponding post-op rehabilitation).

As Clinical Practice Educator, you will be a driver of innovation and change in the nursing department. You will support the formal and informal training and education of the nursing team, including through collaboration with academic partners, and will also be involved in identifying and facilitating new learning opportunities to incorporate research breakthroughs into clinical practice – championing patient safety above all.

Through sharing your clinical expertise and promoting critical engagement, you will ensure current and future team members have the skills and support they need to maintain an excellent standard of care.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5h) role for a Clinical Practice Educator.
