A long-standing provider of holistic home-based care is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. The exceptional care teams aim to maximise the quality of life for adults with complex, life-limiting conditions.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will coordinate specialised complex care packages and risk assessments for vulnerable service users, oversee the clinical governance and quality standards processes, and ensure healthcare professionals are fully competent to provide outstanding care at all times.
This Clinical Nurse Specialist role is a full-time, primarily office-based role, where you will work office hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5) and can manage your own diary.
Person Specification:
You must hold valid registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (Adult – Level 1).
As visiting service users in their own homes will be necessary as part of the care planning process, you will also need to be able to drive your own vehicle.
You will need to have experience in complex clinical competencies, including but not limited to tracheostomy/PEG.
